Using an abundant wildflower from the foothills of the Rocky Mountain, learn the alchemy of making colors! Natural colors from plants have been used to brighten wool since the dawn of time and are vibrant and exciting. Using simple non-toxic ingredients as well as low water techniques developed over her four decades of natural dyeing, Sheron will share with you her love of colors from nature. Using one color and various modifiers and an over-dye, you will create 5 different colors in lovely sock yarn (which as we all know does not appear in your stash count).
