No matter how long you've been crocheting - whether you've just picked up a hook or are a seasoned crocheter - there is always another neat trick or technique to learn.From innovative ways of starting a project, all the way through to discovering neat finishing touches… This class covers it all and more (but not everything!) to help you improve your skills and end up with a professional-looking finished project.

  • Student Maximum: 20
  • Skill Level and Technique: Crochet, All Levels
  • Prerequisite: Student should have working knowledge of the basic crochet stitches.
  • Homework: Various basic stitch swatches to work on in class. They need to be 12-15 stitches across and 2-4 rows long, leaving enough yarn for about 2-3 more rows. Final details and patterns of the stitch swatches will be available beforehand.
  • Supply List: A selection of smooth, light colored, worsted weight yarn (not variegated - these are for playing/testing and do not need to be full skein), set of suitable crochet hooks, yarn needle and scissors, gauge tool and/or tape measure, stitch markers, notebook and pen/pencil.
  • Kit: $5.00 kit fee payable to instructor. Kit includes printed materials.
